What is Auto Reload?

Our "Auto-Reload" feature makes keeping your account funded as easy as can be!

Auto Reload automatically initiates a deposit from your linked bank to your cred.ai account when your Spending Power (what you can spend right now), drops below your comfort level. Just set your ‘Spending Power Comfort Level’ (the amount in your account that keeps your mind at ease) and your ‘Spending Power Safety Level’ (the minimum amount of money you want on hand at any moment) and we’ll take care of the rest! 

Auto-Reload deposits are ACH transactions, and may take a few days to reflect in your account. 

When setting your Comfort and Safety Levels, the Comfort Level must be at least $100 more than your Safety Level to avoid excessive transfers.  To set up Auto-Reload, tap the top right menu bar, then select “account info” and “funding preferences”.
